Well Child Service
This service provides Well Child Checks for children ages 0-5 years in their homes.
Mothers & Pepe
This service provides education, support and advice to first time mothers before, during and after birth, and up until baby is 24 months.
Ola o Aiga/ Whanau Ora/ Pacific Community Health Service
This service provides a range of general health education/promotion, advisory, liaison and co-ordination activities e.g. for asthma, diabetes, obesity, hearing, injury prevention, positive parenting, budgeting and improving access to agencies for their full entitlement.
Promoting Participation in Early Childhood Education Project (PPP)
This service aims to:
- Identify existing and potential providers of ECE
- Identifies non-participating children
- Introduce children and families to appreciate CEC services
- Support the enrolment and retention of children in ECE
Outreach Immunisation Service
This service is designed to assist Primary Health Care providers, Well Child Providers and Immunisation Facilitators/Co-ordinators by following up on families who have children (ages 0-6 years) that have missed vaccination events.
